If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that we need time.

Time to reflect, time to move, time for ourselves.

So we have created a weekend yoga retreat in the Ashdown Park Hotel on the 3rd September for two nights, three days. Sarah Dunlea, one of the foremost Yoga instructors in the South East will join us to host a full weekend dedicated to Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Healing.

Why? Because it’s a chance to take time for yourself, a chance for peace, self-care and all in a luxurious setting, accompanied by delicious food.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life and throughout the weekend Sarah will explore ways to help you make those choices to benefit you.
