  • Book music for church
  • Order wedding cake

  • Order wedding stationery for ceremony and reception
  • Draw up wedding gift list
  • Post wedding invitations
  • Shop for going away outfit, lingerie etc

5 Months

  • Confirm reception details with Ashdown Park Hotel
  • Buy presents for your bridesmaids
  • Visit hairdressers with head-dress and book final appointment
  • Book beauty treatments
  • Check bridal ware is near completion
  • Finalise honeymoon details
  • Book groom and groomsmen dress hire

2 Months

  • Make a list of acceptances and refusals as they come in
  • Send thank you letters for wedding presents as they arrive
  • Insure table favors & table decorations are ordered.
  • Book wedding tasting with the Ashdown Park Hotel

1 Month

  • Finalize with hotel menus, wines etc.
  • Buy cake boxes for those unable to attend
  • Arrange a seating plan for reception
  • Type name list & write place names, if required, and send to Ashdown Park Hotel
  • Check dresses, shoes & accessories
  • Check men’s dress hire

1 Week

  • Have full rehearsal of wedding ceremony
  • Make final checks on Ashdown Park Hotel, cake, transport, flowers and photography
  • Check all wedding clothes, pack suitcases and take to Ashdown Park Hotel
  • Give final guest numbers, favors & Table Plan to Ashdown Park Hotel 48 hours before the wedding
