Gift Vouchers

Isola Bella Faq We are happy to offer gift vouchers for all our treatments. These can be presented in money value of by treatment name, we are happy to assist you in your choice. Vouchers are valid for 1 year. Products cannot be bought with gift vouchers.

If you are running 15 minutes or later for your appointment we suggest you give a call as the service may have to be rescheduled.

For your own relaxation we would ask you to please turn off mobile phones.

If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cancellation policy

Clients are advised to arrive 10 mins before treatment commences. If clients are late for appointment treatment time will be shortened, as sessions cannot over lap with other scheduled appointments.
We will understand if you cannot keep an appointment but we do have a cancellation policy in place if insufficient notice of a cancellation is given.
30% charge for not giving 24 hrs notice
50% charge for a no show.

Members of the Ashdown Club avail of 20% discount Tuesday to Friday for treatments only. Please notify at time of booking.
