As an Irish Hotel Federation (IHF) Employer, we have been awarded the Quality Employer accreditation. We are also part of Failte Ireland Service Excellence Programme. It is with this in mind that we constantly ensure that our employee's are regularly trained. We offer a wide range of training to our employee's that includes hotel induction, first aid, chemical control, HAACP, manual handling, Optimus and various courses for individual departments.
